He has a pro-health approach, thanks to the knowledge gained during his studies in physiotherapy and sports, he places great emphasis on building awareness of his own body.
He believes that any type of movement has benefits and the basis is the skillful combination of all forms. She has always been active in sports, practicing many disciplines, including athletics and basketball. In addition to conducting effective training, he always tries to create a pleasant atmosphere during classes. He infects with positive energy and tries to instill in everyone the need to take up physical activity.
Privately, he trains strength, also loves dancing and water sports. Traveling, especially spontaneous ones, is her passion.
