Promotion Terms and Conditions – "Book your favorite cottage"

As part of the "Book your favorite cottage" promotion, the customer has the opportunity to book a specific chalet for a stay with a 30% discount in the low season and a 20% discount in the high season for stays in 2026 (including the chalet number) from the Pod Cyprysami resort offer.
High season is understood as the period from June 26, 2026 to August 31, 2026, as well as long weekends (May Day, Corpus Christi), holidays and New Year's Eve.
Low season is understood as the period from January 1 to June 25 and from September 1 to December 31, excluding long weekends (May Day, Corpus Christi), Christmas and New Year's Eve.
Reservations can be made by phone (+48 22 185 75 32) or by email (kontakt@podcyprysami.pl) during the resort's working hours.
As part of the promotion, the Client is entitled to: book a specific cottage number
Payment for the reservation must be made via the online payment gateway within 72 hours of placing the reservation.
A payment link will be sent to the Client by email, to the address provided during the reservation process.
The payment link is active for 72 hours from the moment the reservation is placed and the link is received.
The reservation is considered confirmed once the Client’s payment amounting to 100% of the booking value has been credited.
The promotion is time-limited and valid from November 7, 2025, to November 23, 2025, until 23:59:59.
The promotion is limited and depends on the availability of specific cottages for the selected dates in 2026.
The order of confirmed reservations depends on the sequence of payments credited to the resort’s account.
The promotion is non-refundable, meaning the Client cannot cancel the stay or receive a refund. However, it is possible to reschedule the stay twice within the same calendar year, depending on availability.
The stay date can be rescheduled by converting the reservation into a voucher equal to the amount paid. The voucher can be used for a stay on different dates in 2026. If the new stay has a higher value than the voucher, the Guest is required to pay the difference before the start of the stay.
A change of stay date must be made no later than 7 days before the planned arrival.
Pod Cyprysami Resort reserves the right to change the cottage number only in case of a technical failure preventing accommodation in the originally booked cottage.
