As part of the “Book your favorite cottage” promotion, the Client may book a specific cabin, including its cottage number, for a stay taking place in 2027 at Pod Cyprysami Resort.
The reservation includes accommodation with breakfast.
Bookings can be made by phone (+48 22 185 75 32) or by email (kontakt@podcyprysami.pl) during the Resort’s opening hours.
Under this promotion, the Client is entitled to: book a specific cottage number and receive complimentary breakfast during their stay.
Payment for the reservation must be made via the online payment gateway within 72 hours of making the reservation.
The payment link will be sent to the Client by email, to the address provided when booking the stay.
The payment gateway link remains active for 72 hours from the moment the reservation is made and the link is received.
The stay reservation is considered completed (confirmed) once the Client’s payment, equal to 100% of the reservation value, has been received and recorded by the Resort.
The promotion is time-limited and valid from 23 October 2026 until 15 November 2026, 11:59:59 PM.
The promotion is limited and subject to the availability of specific cottages for the selected dates in 2027.
The order of reservations is determined by the order in which payments are recorded by the Resort.
The promotion is non-refundable, meaning that the Client may not cancel the stay or receive a refund of the amount paid. However, the stay dates may be changed twice within the calendar year, subject to availability.
A change of stay dates is possible by converting the reservation into a voucher for the value of the amount paid. The voucher may be used for a stay on another date in 2027. If the new stay is of higher value than the voucher, the Client is required to pay the price difference before the start of the stay.
Changes to the stay dates may be made no later than 14 days before the planned arrival.
Pod Cyprysami Resort may change the cottage number only in the event of a failure or malfunction that makes it impossible to accommodate the Guest in the reserved cottage.
The "Book your favorite cottage" promotion cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, discount codes, or vouchers.
